Do you offer cleaning and maintenance services?
Yes, we provide free lifetime cleaning and polishing services for all our jewellery. You can bring your piece to any of our stores for professional maintenance, ensuring it stays as radiant as the day you bought it.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a 15-day return/exchange policy for unused, unworn jewellery with all original documentation and packaging. Customised jewellery, however, is non-refundable.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, all our jewellery comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This includes repairs for any craftsmanship issues but excludes wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI.
